Dear all:

Thank the Lord that we were able to meet and discuss the upcoming retreat. I have included a summary of our past meeting. Please review for accuracy.

First Day Afternoon schedule:
2:30-3:00pm Opening Ceremony
3:00-3:50pm Joint Ice Breakers
4:00-5pm Evangelist Speaker- Hymn, testimony and evangelistic message

Joint Ice Breakers:
Coordinator: David Sanchez
Translator: Bob Liu
FallsCreek contact: Don Laing (REquest to have room in rear and sides)

Suggested Games: Plan to have est. 250 in teams and use back of chapel area
1- (Est. 5-10minutes)Find Groups (via colored cards at doors or other means)
2- (Est. 10 minutes)Order Game( height, weight, birthday, shoe size etc)
3- (Est. 10 minutes)Shape (easier shapes to more difficult)
4- (Est. 20 minutes)Balloon relay

PPT- David Sanchez
Set-up- Bob's church would be able to help set up as they will be there early. Videofeed for overhead
Supplies- colored cards etc.
