Just to confirm regarding the contract details. Jennifer confirmed that the contract only stipulates that after that date we will be responsible to pay that amount whether we use the camp or not. Therefore, we can pay the balance at the came. see her words below.

Concerning the dates on the contract, you DO NOT have to pay the $12,019 by July 31.  Here is what that chart is saying in a different form:

 
 

If you cancel your event more than 90 days out, Falls Creek will refund your deposit 100%

If you cancel your event on or after June 1, Falls Creek will refund your deposit 50%

If you cancel your event on or after July 1, your group forfeits 100% of deposit and there will be no refund.

If you cancel your event on or after July 31, you will still have to pay the Guaranteed Minimum Payment of $12019.20

 
 

As I understand, a check for your deposit of $3,004.80 has been cut and will be sent to Falls Creek soon.  The balance of $12,019.20 will be due when you are here for the retreat, August 30-Sept 1.
